Welcome to the Jones SodaB help desk. These are the questions we hear most often about bottles, checkout, payments, and shipping. If your note is not covered here, use the contact form or email [email protected].

How do I place an order?

Open a product, set the quantity, and choose Add to cart or Buy now. Buy now takes you straight to checkout. At checkout you can pay with a credit or debit card. Guest checkout is available — you do not need an account to finish a purchase.

Can I change or cancel an order?

We start picking as soon as payment clears, so changes after confirmation are rarely possible. Check the cart, address, and flavor before you pay. If something is clearly wrong, email [email protected] with the order number the same business day and we will see whether the carton has left Seattle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through the card form on checkout. PayPal is not offered on this storefront. Charges appear under Ballard Bottle Works LLC.

Do you ship for free?

Yes. The banner on every page is literal: outbound shipping on orders placed at jonessodastoreus.xin is free inside the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are not supported from this warehouse.

How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock soda ships within 1–3 business days. Collectible and special-release bottles can take up to four weeks before they leave the building — that note is repeated on those product pages. Once a label prints you get a tracking email. Domestic transit is usually 3–7 business days after that.

Can I return a soda?

Unopened, undamaged bottles in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened food and drink cannot be restocked. See the Refunds & Returns page for the RMA steps. Email [email protected] before you ship anything back.

Do you sell custom photo labels?

Custom Jones SodaB labels and custom tees appear in the catalog when a run is open. Lead times are printed on the product page. Artwork questions go to [email protected] with “Custom” in the subject.
